Te Awamutu Primary School runs a Breakfast Club 7.00 - 8.30am and an After School Care programme 3.00 - 6.00pm from the school hall each weekday when school is open for instruction.

The programme is open to all TAPS pupils as well as children from St Patrick's Catholic School and Te Awamutu Intermediate.  Enrolments are available on a casual or regular basis.

Our programmes are OSCAR approved which means we have met the strict standards required by Child, Youth & Family to provide and care for children.  For you as parents and caregivers, OSCAR accreditation means that you can apply to WINZ for the relevant subsidies to help pay for this service.

We have different activities available on a daily basis this includes crafts, sports and homework options as well as swimming in the summer months.

Children are served breakfast and afternoon tea each day.  This consists of choice of cereals, toast, sandwiches, fruit, and a drink with optional extras such as yoghurt, muffins, biscuits or pizza and special treats on special occasions.

See the application form for relevant conditions and pricing.
