2012 will see the start of the mobile dental unit visits to TAPS.  Until now we have been lucky enough to have a physical dental clinic on site, unfortunately, at the instruction of the DHB, this was decommissioned in 2011.

The Dental Therapists will visit our school on a rostered basis, usually for one term during the year.  Access is via the Bank Street entrance to our school with parking available in the bowling/croquet club carpark with full pedestrian access available should the boomgate to our driveway be closed.  

As the therapists not only work in our school but at a number of schools in the surrounding area, you are welcome to contact them directly on 021 356 384 or 021 356 253  to make an appointment at any time regardless of whether they are currently based at Te Awamutu Primary School or not.

This is a free service to all pre-school and primary school children.
