Appointed at the beginning of each year or in the case of an election year, at the first board meeting after an election.
Chris Grenfell (chairperson) is a partner of the law firm Edmonds Judd, based in Te Awamutu. Chris is a former parent of TAPS and was co-opted to the Board in 2018 and was elected chairperson after the trustee elections this year. At work Chris has a focus on employment, health and safety, dispute resolution and litigation. Chris also qualified as a secondary school teacher in 2006 and is looking forward to assisting the school in ensuring that all students reach their full potential.
