General Information

I have been teaching for 18 years and have a Bachelor of Teaching degree. I am in my 14th year at TAPS. I am very fortunate this year to be working in Team Tauihi again with amazing teachers and delightful Year 4 students. The students I work with make my teaching career so worthwhile. I am in back in a single cell classroom with 26 students. I believe that we are all ongoing learners and teachers and students alike are on a journey of discovery together especially in the digital world we live in.

The Te Awamutu Primary Board of Trustees wish to advise that, due to a significant roll growth we are unable to accept any out of zone enrolments for Year 1 – 6 in 2021. This decision is reviewed regularly. Should there be a shift in the population, and places do come available, this will be noted on our school’s website page. If you wish to be considered for any spaces that may come available in the future, please download the relevant application form from our website and send it into the school office. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that places will become available.
