Kia Ora - My name is Sara Sabin and I moved down from Auckland half way through 2020. My close whānau are spread all around the North Island and I love spending time with them! In my spare time I love hunting, fishing and working on different vehicles.
Before coming to TAPS, I taught for a number of years at two different schools in South and West Auckland. I have taught everything from new entrants right up to the seniors and everything in between!
In the classroom, I love giving children choices with their learning and the tamariki taking ownership of what they learn.
I am passionate about lots of different things in the classroom, in particular Te Reo Māori, Health and PE, Maths and Literacy.
Mā te kimi ka kite, Mā te kite ka mōhio, Mā te mōhio ka mārama.
Seek and discover. Discover and know. Know and become enlightened.
