This encompasses any teaching or learning that takes place outside the school boundaries and includes activities such as camping and class trips.
For such activities the school relies on the support and assistance of parents with supervision and sometimes supplying transport.
Information regarding class trips etc will be communicated through a newsletter from the class teacher(s). We have a robust EOTC policy to ensure the safety of children at all times.
Te Awamutu Primary wish to advise the community that at this stage we do not foresee any available spaces for out of zone enrolments during 2023. This will be reviewed before enrolment period 4, which closes 9 June 2023, for the Term 3 intake, to ensure we capture enrolments of priority 2 students (those with siblings currently attending our school). Please send all completed 'Expressions of Interest' to the office, if you wish to be considered for any spaces that may become available.
